Bay Area cop charged with masturbating in front of household throughout home violence name

A Bay Space police officer has been charged with masturbating in entrance of a household that referred to as police throughout a fraught home violence name.

The Santa Clara County District Lawyer’s Workplace has charged Matthew Dominguez, 32, with a misdemeanor indecent publicity after responding to a restraining order name on the night of April 21.
