Family of Abducted Lady Claims Inaction of Dallas Police & Mavs in Intercourse Trafficking Case

DALLAS - A 15-year-old girl from North Richland Hills is now dwelling after being kidnapped by a person at an April 8 Dallas Mavericks recreation at American Airways Center. But the household nonetheless seeks answers, and is charging the Mavs, the AAC and Dallas Police for not appearing swiftly enough concerning the crime, which had the lady as a part of a sex-trafficking operation.

“She was gone lacking a total of 11 days,” attorney Zeke Fortenberry stated. “Our intent is that method (the aforementioned organizations) are on notice that we’re pursuing claims towards them for his or her negligence and other causes of action.''

Fortenberry said the teenager’s father informed police on the recreation when he realized she was missing. However, according to the lawyer, the daddy was informed to report the allegations to his hometown North Richland Hills Police. 

Fortenberry claims NRH police said they weren’t able to assist because the incident occurred in Dallas.

The attorney stated it was the Houston-based human trafficking agency Texas Counter-Trafficking Initiative that labored to search out the lacking lady, who was being held in an Oklahoma Metropolis motel.
