Federal agents who went to Robb Elementary Faculty in Uvalde, Texas, on Tuesday to confront a gunman who killed 19 youngsters had been advised by local police to attend and not enter the college — and then decided after about half an hour to disregard that initial guidance and find the shooter, say two senior federal regulation enforcement officials.
