Investigators consider Mtula Payton was one of many alleged gang members who opened fireplace in downtown Sacramento on April 3. He was taken into custody at an condominium advanced, the Sacramento Police Division mentioned in an announcement Saturday night time.
“Las Vegas Metro Police Division worked with our detectives for weeks in an effort to find Payton,” the statement said.

Payton and two others, brothers Smiley Martin and Dandrae Martin, were charged this month with homicide within the slayings, in addition to weapons offenses.
