9 Shot, One Useless in San Bernardino County – NBC Los Angeles

One person was killed and eight others had been injured Friday evening when pictures were fired at a large occasion at a strip mall hookah lounge within the San Bernardino County group of Highland.

The shooting within the city east of San Bernardino was reported simply before midnight in the 3600 block of East Highland Avenue. Officers encountered a big crowd of about 100 people within the area for a celebration at a hookah lounge.
