Supreme Court says wrongful dying lawsuit in opposition to Dallas officers can go ahead

DALLAS - The excessive court will allow a wrongful dying lawsuit to proceed in opposition to town of Dallas and 4 police officers.

The family of a person who died in police custody in 2016 sued.

Tony Timpa known as police for help as he had a drug and mental well being disaster.
