Supreme Courtroom says wrongful loss of life lawsuit against Dallas officers can go ahead

DALLAS - The excessive court will permit a wrongful death lawsuit to proceed against town of Dallas and four cops.

The household of a man who died in police custody in 2016 sued.

Tony Timpa referred to as police for help as he had a drug and psychological well being crisis.
