Uvalde police, faculty district not cooperating with Texas probe of taking pictures: Sources

The Uvalde Police Division and the Uvalde Impartial College District police drive are now not cooperating with the Texas Department of Public Security's investigation into the bloodbath at Robb Elementary School and the state's overview of the legislation enforcement response, a number of regulation enforcement sources inform ABC Information.

The Uvalde police chief and a spokesperson for the Uvalde Impartial School District didn't instantly reply to requests for remark from ABC Information.

Reached by ABC News, a spokesperson for the Texas Division of Public Safety said, "The Uvalde Police Department and Uvalde CISD Police have been cooperating with investigators. The chief of the Uvalde CISD Police offered an preliminary interview however has not responded to a request for a follow-up interview with the Texas Rangers that was made two days in the past."

Last Tuesday's assault, one of many worst college shootings in U.S. history, left 19 youngsters and two adults dead.
