Uvalde police, faculty district not cooperating with Texas probe of shooting: Sources

The Uvalde Police Department and the Uvalde Unbiased College District police force are not cooperating with the Texas Division of Public Safety's investigation into the massacre at Robb Elementary College and the state's review of the legislation enforcement response, a number of law enforcement sources inform ABC Information.

The Uvalde police chief and a spokesperson for the Uvalde Independent College District did not instantly respond to requests for comment from ABC News.

Reached by ABC News, a spokesperson for the Texas Department of Public Security mentioned, "The Uvalde Police Division and Uvalde CISD Police have been cooperating with investigators.
