Attacks by Boston youth ‘terrorizing unsuspecting residents’ proceed downtown; police can’t make arrests because many suspects ‘too younger’

Boston’s mayor and regulation enforcement officials are struggling to handle a string of a minimum of five violent assaults involving juveniles “terrorizing unsuspecting residents” which have occurred across Boston.
