Spouse stuffed husband’s phone with baby porn in attempt to get custody of children, Oklahoma police say

Police allege an Oklahoma lady hatched a scheme to get custody of her kids that centered round loading hundreds of photographs of child pornography onto her husband’s phone after which having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the spouse, and Angel Moore, 44, her buddy, are alleged to have worked together to frame Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they may get him out of the picture, then she thought she would get her kids back,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett mentioned according to the Fort Value Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Department on April 18 and had her flip the cellphone in and file a report. They are saying that Moore turned within the gadget and mentioned she noticed Hucks’ husband using it to view baby porn in their residence.

The police say that telephone had tons of of photos of “various juvenile victims.”

Police did arrest the husband, however they started to marvel why the phone he was using did not have any photos similar to those Moore turned into them. That’s once they reportedly acquired a warrant to go looking Lacey Hucks’ phone and that reportedly confirmed that she and Moore were associates and had mentioned finishing up the incident in advance.

And then Moore allegedly caved.

Police say that after she initially mentioned she didn’t know Hucks, she informed them that they have been mates and that Hucks had coached her on what to do upfront of turning the telephone in. She then, reportedly, admitted that she never saw the husband with the cellphone.

The husband advised Police he had not seen his old cellphone since last “October or November,” but “didn’t assume too much of it as a result of it was not his major telephone and didn't have service.”

Moore is facing fees of conspiracy and knowingly reporting a false crime, the Star-Telegram reported, and Hucks is dealing with the same prices as well as a cost of aggravated possession of child pornography.
