Spouse filled husband’s telephone with child porn in try to get custody of children, Oklahoma police say

Police allege an Oklahoma girl hatched a scheme to get custody of her children that centered round loading hundreds of pictures of kid pornography onto her husband’s telephone and then having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the wife, and Angel Moore, 44, her buddy, are alleged to have labored together to frame Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they might get him out of the image, then she thought she would get her kids back,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett mentioned based on the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Department on April 18 and had her turn the phone in and file a report. They are saying that Moore turned in the gadget and mentioned she noticed Hucks’ husband using it to view baby porn of their dwelling.

The police say that telephone had hundreds of photographs of “varied juvenile victims.”

Police did arrest the husband, however they started to surprise why the telephone he was using did not have any pictures just like those Moore was them. That’s after they reportedly obtained a warrant to look Lacey Hucks’ cellphone and that reportedly confirmed that she and Moore were buddies and had discussed finishing up the incident in advance.

After which Moore allegedly caved.

Police say that after she initially stated she didn’t know Hucks, she advised them that they had been pals and that Hucks had coached her on what to do in advance of turning the cellphone in. She then, reportedly, admitted that she by no means noticed the husband with the telephone.

The husband instructed Police he had not seen his outdated cellphone since final “October or November,” but “didn’t assume too much of it as a result of it was not his primary cellphone and did not have service.”

Moore is facing charges of conspiracy and knowingly reporting a false crime, the Star-Telegram reported, and Hucks is dealing with the same fees as well as a cost of aggravated possession of child pornography.
