Household of Abducted Girl Claims Inaction of Dallas Police & Mavs in Sex Trafficking Case

DALLAS - A 15-year-old woman from North Richland Hills is now residence after being kidnapped by a man at an April 8 Dallas Mavericks game at American Airways Center. But the household still seeks answers, and is charging the Mavs, the AAC and Dallas Police for not appearing swiftly enough regarding the crime, which had the lady as part of a sex-trafficking operation.

“She was gone lacking a complete of 11 days,” attorney Zeke Fortenberry said. “Our intent is that means (the aforementioned organizations) are on discover that we’re pursuing claims in opposition to them for their negligence and different causes of motion.''

Fortenberry said the teenager’s father knowledgeable police on the sport when he realized she was lacking. However, in response to the legal professional, the father was told to report the allegations to his hometown North Richland Hills Police.
