VICTORIA, Texas -- The Sandy Hook families' lawsuits towards Infowars host and conspiracy theorist Alex Jones for calling the 2012 Newtown faculty capturing a hoax seem poised to renew soon, based on agreements revealed Friday in the bankruptcy instances of a few of Jones' firms.

The bankruptcy filings of Infowars, Jail Planet TV and IW Health final month delayed the lawsuits filed in Texas and Connecticut. Jones has already lost the defamation lawsuits, and the filings came every week earlier than a jury in Texas was set to start considering how a lot money Jones should pay the families of victims in the Sandy Hook Elementary College taking pictures.

On Friday, attorneys in the chapter case said the households shall be removed as collectors, and Infowars and Prison Planet TV shall be removed as defendants in the Texas and Connecticut defamation instances.
