Juveniles Crash Stolen Car Near White Home: Officers – NBC4 Washington

Two juveniles have been injured Monday after crashing a stolen automotive right into a concrete safety barrier near the White House, the U.S. Secret Service mentioned.

A Secret Service spokesperson tells News4 that officers tried to tug over the automotive about 6:30 p.m., but the driver took off.

The automotive slammed right into a concrete barrier and a phone pole at 17th Street and Pennsylvania Avenue NW, officers stated.

Video exhibits a silver sedan partly crumpled in the front across the street from a Secret Service guard put up, plus a concrete barrier pushed into the road.

There were two juveniles within the automobile. Each have been taken to a hospital and are actually in secure condition, officials mentioned. We don't know their exact ages.

They’re anticipated to face charges.
