Juveniles Crash Stolen Car Near White House: Officials – NBC4 Washington

Two juveniles were injured Monday after crashing a stolen automobile into a concrete security barrier close to the White Home, the U.S. Secret Service stated.

A Secret Service spokesperson tells News4 that officers tried to drag over the car about 6:30 p.m., however the driver took off.

The automobile slammed right into a concrete barrier and a telephone pole at seventeenth Street and Pennsylvania Avenue NW, officers said.

Video reveals a silver sedan partly crumpled within the entrance across the road from a Secret Service guard publish, plus a concrete barrier pushed into the street.

There were two juveniles within the automobile. Both have been taken to a hospital and are actually in steady condition, officials stated. We do not know their actual ages.

They’re expected to face expenses.
