Husband of instructor killed in Texas school taking pictures dies from heart attack

Family members tell FOX 26 Joe Garcia, the husband of Irma Garcia, died Thursday - simply two days after his spouse was tragically killed when a gunman entered Robb Elementary College in Uvalde and opened fire.
