BARNSTEAD, N.H. -- A person was arrested Friday after a number of indicators saying "faculty shooter" have been found in Barnstead, Epsom, and Pittsfield, New Hampshire, the state's Department of Safety introduced. Man Hanson, 61, of Pittsfield, faces a number of expenses.

An increased amount of cops were placed at schools within the communities on account of the indicators. A number of colleges initiated lockdowns as a precaution shortly after.

Hanson allegedly positioned the indicators across the communities, the Department of Security mentioned, however they decided there is no credible risk at the moment.

One such signal was written on a paper plate. The safety department launched a photograph of the plate however blurred part of it "to guard the integrity of the investigation." 

Hanson was arrested on a felony charge of legal threatening and three misdemeanor expenses including false report back to regulation enforcement, false public alarm and legal threatening. He's being held in Merrimack County Jail pending a hearing scheduled for Tuesday.

No other suspects have been charged at this time.
