Paul Pelosi: Nancy Pelosi’s husband arrested on DUI charges

Paul Pelosi, 82, was arrested at 11:44 p.m. PT and charged with driving beneath the affect and driving with a blood alcohol content material of 0.08% or larger, according to the Napa County Criminal Justice Community's public reserving report. Each expenses are misdemeanors.

Pelosi was making an attempt to cross SR-29 when his 2021 Porsche was hit by a 2014 Jeep traveling northbound on the highway, in line with a collision report from the California Freeway Patrol, which does not determine either driver as being at fault in the crash. Bail was set at $5,000 in keeping with the reserving report, and records indicate Pelosi was launched Sunday morning.

"The Speaker won't be commenting on this non-public matter which occurred while she was on the East Coast," a statement from Drew Hammill, Pelosi's spokesperson, said. CNN reached out for an updated statement after the collision report was released.
