Spouse crammed husband’s telephone with youngster porn in attempt to get custody of children, Oklahoma police say

Police allege an Oklahoma woman hatched a scheme to get custody of her kids that centered round loading a whole bunch of photos of kid pornography onto her husband’s cellphone and then having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the spouse, and Angel Moore, 44, her friend, are alleged to have labored collectively to border Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they could get him out of the picture, then she thought she would get her kids again,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett stated based on the Fort Price Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Division on April 18 and had her flip the phone in and file a report. They are saying that Moore turned in the gadget and stated she saw Hucks’ husband using it to view youngster porn in their home.

The police say that phone had tons of of photos of “various juvenile victims.”

Police did arrest the husband, but they started to marvel why the cellphone he was using did not have any photographs just like those Moore become them. That’s after they reportedly received a warrant to look Lacey Hucks’ telephone and that reportedly confirmed that she and Moore were friends and had discussed carrying out the incident in advance.

And then Moore allegedly caved.

Police say that after she initially said she didn’t know Hucks, she told them that they had been friends and that Hucks had coached her on what to do upfront of turning the telephone in. She then, reportedly, admitted that she never noticed the husband with the telephone.

The husband informed Police he had not seen his previous cellphone since final “October or November,” but “didn’t suppose an excessive amount of of it because it was not his main phone and did not have service.”

Moore is dealing with costs of conspiracy and knowingly reporting a false crime, the Star-Telegram reported, and Hucks is facing the same costs in addition to a cost of aggravated possession of kid pornography.
