Spouse filled husband’s cellphone with child porn in attempt to get custody of kids, Oklahoma police say

Police allege an Oklahoma girl hatched a scheme to get custody of her children that centered around loading a whole lot of pictures of kid pornography onto her husband’s telephone after which having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the wife, and Angel Moore, 44, her good friend, are alleged to have worked together to frame Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they could get him out of the picture, then she thought she would get her kids back,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett stated in keeping with the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Division on April 18 and had her turn the cellphone in and file a report. They are saying that Moore turned within the machine and said she saw Hucks’ husband using it to view youngster porn in their home.

The police say that cellphone had tons of of photographs of “numerous juvenile victims.”

Police did arrest the husband, but they began to surprise why the telephone he was using didn't have any photographs similar to those Moore changed into them. That’s after they reportedly acquired a warrant to go looking Lacey Hucks’ telephone and that reportedly showed that she and Moore had been friends and had mentioned finishing up the incident in advance.

After which Moore allegedly caved.

Police say that after she initially stated she didn’t know Hucks, she instructed them that they had been associates and that Hucks had coached her on what to do upfront of turning the cellphone in. She then, reportedly, admitted that she never saw the husband with the phone.

The husband told Police he had not seen his old phone since final “October or November,” but “didn’t suppose too much of it because it was not his major cellphone and did not have service.”

Moore is facing fees of conspiracy and knowingly reporting a false crime, the Star-Telegram reported, and Hucks is going through the same prices as well as a cost of aggravated possession of kid pornography.
