Spouse filled husband’s cellphone with baby porn in attempt to get custody of children, Oklahoma police say

Police allege an Oklahoma girl hatched a scheme to get custody of her youngsters that centered round loading a whole lot of photographs of child pornography onto her husband’s cellphone after which having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the spouse, and Angel Moore, 44, her good friend, are alleged to have labored together to border Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they may get him out of the image, then she thought she would get her kids back,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett mentioned according to the Fort Value Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Department on April 18 and had her flip the telephone in and file a report. They are saying that Moore turned in the machine and mentioned she saw Hucks’ husband using it to view youngster porn in their home.

The police say that phone had tons of of photographs of “numerous juvenile victims.”

Police did arrest the husband, however they began to marvel why the cellphone he was using did not have any photographs much like those Moore was them. That’s once they reportedly got a warrant to go looking Lacey Hucks’ telephone and that reportedly confirmed that she and Moore have been friends and had mentioned finishing up the incident upfront.

After which Moore allegedly caved.

Police say that after she initially mentioned she didn’t know Hucks, she informed them that they had been mates and that Hucks had coached her on what to do upfront of turning the cellphone in. She then, reportedly, admitted that she never noticed the husband with the cellphone.

The husband informed Police he had not seen his previous cellphone since last “October or November,” but “didn’t assume too much of it because it was not his main phone and didn't have service.”

Moore is dealing with costs of conspiracy and knowingly reporting a false crime, the Star-Telegram reported, and Hucks is dealing with the same prices as well as a charge of aggravated possession of kid pornography.
