Spouse crammed husband’s telephone with little one porn in try and get custody of children, Oklahoma police say

Police allege an Oklahoma woman hatched a scheme to get custody of her children that centered round loading a whole lot of photographs of kid pornography onto her husband’s cellphone and then having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the wife, and Angel Moore, 44, her buddy, are alleged to have labored collectively to frame Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they may get him out of the picture, then she thought she would get her children again,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett stated in line with the Fort Price Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Department on April 18 and had her turn the cellphone in and file a report. They are saying that Moore turned within the device and stated she saw Hucks’ husband utilizing it to view child porn of their dwelling.

The police say that cellphone had a whole lot of pictures of “numerous juvenile victims.”

Police did arrest the husband, but they started to wonder why the cellphone he was utilizing did not have any photographs much like those Moore changed into them. That’s once they reportedly received a warrant to search Lacey Hucks’ telephone and that reportedly confirmed that she and Moore have been friends and had mentioned finishing up the incident prematurely.

After which Moore allegedly caved.

Police say that after she initially mentioned she didn’t know Hucks, she told them that they have been mates and that Hucks had coached her on what to do upfront of turning the cellphone in. She then, reportedly, admitted that she never saw the husband with the phone.

The husband instructed Police he had not seen his old cellphone since last “October or November,” but “didn’t think too much of it as a result of it was not his major cellphone and didn't have service.”

Moore is dealing with charges of conspiracy and knowingly reporting a false crime, the Star-Telegram reported, and Hucks is dealing with the same fees as well as a cost of aggravated possession of child pornography.
