Wife crammed husband’s telephone with little one porn in try to get custody of children, Oklahoma police say

Police allege an Oklahoma lady hatched a scheme to get custody of her kids that centered around loading lots of of photos of kid pornography onto her husband’s phone after which having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the wife, and Angel Moore, 44, her pal, are alleged to have labored collectively to frame Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they might get him out of the picture, then she thought she would get her youngsters back,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett mentioned according to the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Department on April 18 and had her turn the cellphone in and file a report. They are saying that Moore turned in the system and said she saw Hucks’ husband using it to view baby porn in their house.

The police say that cellphone had a whole bunch of images of “numerous juvenile victims.”

Police did arrest the husband, however they started to wonder why the phone he was utilizing did not have any pictures similar to the ones Moore changed into them. That’s after they reportedly obtained a warrant to go looking Lacey Hucks’ telephone and that reportedly showed that she and Moore had been buddies and had mentioned carrying out the incident upfront.

And then Moore allegedly caved.

Police say that after she initially mentioned she didn’t know Hucks, she instructed them that they had been mates and that Hucks had coached her on what to do in advance of turning the cellphone in. She then, reportedly, admitted that she never noticed the husband with the phone.

The husband instructed Police he had not seen his previous cellphone since final “October or November,” but “didn’t suppose an excessive amount of of it as a result of it was not his major phone and did not have service.”

Moore is dealing with costs of conspiracy and knowingly reporting a false crime, the Star-Telegram reported, and Hucks is going through the same prices as well as a cost of aggravated possession of kid pornography.
